1984–2000: Started as a small workshop in Dacheng County, Hebei, and gradually established multiple insulation material companies. 2001–2005: Achieved ISO9000 certification in 2001; faced operational challenges in 2005 and initiated corporate restructuring. 2006–2012: Relocated to a 225,000㎡ facility in 2006 and formally established Hebei Huaneng Zhongtian Chemical Building Materials Group. Launched self-developed rock wool production lines, becoming the largest rock wool base in Northern China. Selected as a designated supplier for the Beijing National Stadium (Bird‘s Nest) in 2008. 2013–2019: Introduced the 0-grade flame-retardant “Starf” rubber-plastic product in 2014. Achieved FM certification and “China Well-Known Trademark” in 2018. Completed a 5G smart factory in 2019. 2020–Present: Operates as Huaneng Zhongtian Energy-Saving Technology Group, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of rock wool and 500,000 m³ of rubber-plastic products, exporting to the US, Russia, Germany, France, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
